Nana Vows Strong Legal Action After Robbery Suspect Files “Attempted Murder” Complaint
Actress Nana and her agency, Sublime, have announced a zero-tolerance legal stance against a robbery suspect who broke into her home last November. On January 2, the agency released a statement condemning the suspect for causing “secondary harm” by filing a retaliatory complaint against the actress.
The incident occurred on November 15, when an intruder identified as “A” broke into Nana’s home in Guri, Gyeonggi Province. Nana managed to subdue the armed intruder physically. While “A” was arrested for aggravated robbery resulting in injury, he recently filed a complaint against Nana, claiming her acts of self-defense constituted “attempted murder” and denying he was armed.
Sublime stated, “The perpetrator has shown no remorse and has instead filed a separate complaint against Nana, exploiting the fact that the victim is a public figure.” The agency revealed that while they initially considered leniency, this audacious move has led them to pursue “all possible civil and criminal legal actions” to protect their artist from further psychological and physical trauma.
