Nana Vows Strong Legal Action After Robbery Suspect Files “Attempted Murder” Complaint

Actress Nana and her agency, Sublime, have announced a zero-tolerance legal stance against a robbery suspect who broke into her home last November. On January 2, the agency released a statement condemning the suspect for causing “secondary harm” by filing a retaliatory complaint against the actress.

The incident occurred on November 15, when an intruder identified as “A” broke into Nana’s home in Guri, Gyeonggi Province. Nana managed to subdue the armed intruder physically. While “A” was arrested for aggravated robbery resulting in injury, he recently filed a complaint against Nana, claiming her acts of self-defense constituted “attempted murder” and denying he was armed.

Sublime stated, “The perpetrator has shown no remorse and has instead filed a separate complaint against Nana, exploiting the fact that the victim is a public figure.” The agency revealed that while they initially considered leniency, this audacious move has led them to pursue “all possible civil and criminal legal actions” to protect their artist from further psychological and physical trauma.

143 Entertainment Confirms Suspension of Yeseo and Suhye; MADEIN to Promote as Four

On December 26, 143 Entertainment released an official statement announcing that members Yeseo and Suhye have suspended their activities with the group MADEIN.

Effective immediately, the group will reorganize as a four-member unit consisting of Mashiro, MiU, Serina, and Nagomi for the time being. The agency pledged “unwavering support” to stabilize the group’s future promotions during this transition.

The statement also addressed the ongoing controversy involving the agency’s former CEO. 143 Entertainment clarified that they are awaiting the final results of an investigation regarding the former executive and vowed to “take responsibility” based on the findings. They also emphasized their intent to hold accountable those who have caused significant harm to the group.

The legal proceedings against former idol Taeil have officially concluded with a finalized prison sentence. On December 26, South Korea’s Supreme Court rejected all appeals filed by the defendant and his two accomplices, upholding the lower courts’ rulings regarding charges of aggravated sexual assault under the Sexual Violence Punishment Act.

As a result of the confirmed verdict, Taeil will serve a mandatory prison term of three years and six months. In addition to incarceration, the court has ordered him to complete a 40-hour sexual-offender treatment program. He is also subject to a five-year employment ban, which legally prohibits him from working at any facilities involving children, adolescents, or individuals with disabilities.

In delivering its final decision, the Supreme Court emphasized the gravity of the offense, describing the nature of the crime as “severely serious.” The ruling explicitly noted that the victim was in a state where resistance was impossible at the time of the assault, a critical factor that led the judiciary to maintain the strict sentence without leniency.

Hwasa has officially cemented her status as a digital powerhouse. According to iChart data from December 23, her latest hit “Good Goodbye” has achieved a staggering 400 Perfect All-Kills (PAKs) since reaching the top spot on November 30.

This achievement makes Hwasa the first solo female artist of 2025 to achieve a PAK. She joins an exclusive list of 2025 chart-toppers, including IVE, G-Dragon, and HUNTR/X. Among domestic artists (excluding global group HUNTR/X), Hwasa currently holds the highest cumulative PAK count of the year.

The song has also entered the history books, climbing to No. 5 on the All-Time PAK list, trailing only legends like IU, BTS, NewJeans, and HUNTR/X. The track’s massive success is largely attributed to her viral performance at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards, which sparked a resurgence in popularity across all major streaming platforms.

If you haven’t heard the name Rosé in the last few years, you’ve probably been living under a rock (honestly, we forgive you, but it’s time to wake up!).

As a key member of the world’s biggest girl group, BLACKPINK, Rosé isn’t just a K-pop idol. She is a force of nature, a high-fashion muse, and a record-breaking artist. From Melbourne to Paris, here is why Park Chaeyoung (her Korean name) is the ultimate icon of our generation.

🇦🇺 From Down Under to World Domination

Born in New Zealand and raised in Melbourne, Rosé was just the “girl next door” jamming on her guitar in her bedroom. But destiny called at age 15. At a YG Entertainment audition in Sydney (where she competed against 700 people!), she took first place. She packed her bags, left her family, and flew to Korea. The rest, as they say, is history.

🎤 A Voice Like No Other

In the K-pop universe, there are voices… and then there is THE voice of Rosé. As BLACKPINK’s Main Vocalist, she possesses that unique, slightly indie, emotional timbre that is recognizable within a split second. Whether she’s belting out bangers like Kill This Love or stripping it back for acoustic ballads, she brings a soulful touch that melts BLINKs’ hearts every time.

📈 The Solo Phenomenon: From “R” to “APT.”

When Rosé goes solo, she doesn’t do things halfway.

  • The Debut: Her single album R smashed records with On The Ground, an anthem of self-reflection that dominated global charts instantly.
  • The “APT.” Fever: Recently, she broke the internet with “APT.”, her viral collaboration with Bruno Mars. Admit it, you’ve spent weeks singing “Apateu, Apateu” in the shower. This track didn’t just prove her versatility; it cemented her status as a global superstar capable of turning any sound into gold.

🖤 The Fashion Muse: “Human Saint Laurent”

If music is her kingdom, fashion is her playground. Rosé is the embodiment of modern chic.

  • Saint Laurent: As their Global Ambassador, she brought rock-chic back to the forefront. Who can forget her historic entrance at the Met Gala, arm-in-arm with Anthony Vaccarello?
  • Tiffany & Co.: She shines (literally) as the face of the luxury jewelry house, bringing a fresh, youthful elegance to the brand.

🎸 A Musician at Heart

Behind the glitter, the records, and the red carpets, Rosé remains a girl deeply passionate about music. She plays the guitar, the piano, and is actively involved in writing her songs. It’s this authenticity and her naturally sweet personality that make her so lovable to millions of fans.

The Verdict? Rosé is much more than a celebrity. She is a complete artist navigating between mainstream pop culture and high fashion with effortless grace. We can’t wait to see what she does next!
