HYBE has confirmed that ‘Dark Moon: The Blood Altar,’ created with ENHYPEN, will premiere as a 12-episode anime on January 9 in Japan through major broadcasters such as TOKYO MX, BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV with a global release on Crunchyroll.

The project first drew major attention last September when Aniplex announced production, marking the company’s first anime based on a Korean music agency’s webtoon IP. Renowned studio TROYCA joined the animation team, raising expectations even higher.

Before the official launch, a fan-only pre-screening of Episodes 1 and 2 will take place on December 28 at TOHO Cinemas Shinjuku, with appearances from ENHYPEN and the six Japanese voice actors behind the vampire characters.
