Actor Kim Seon Ho has come under intense scrutiny following a report by Sports Kyunghyang on Feb. 1, 2026, alleging he operated a private family corporation to evade taxes—a method mirroring that of his labelmate, Cha Eun Woo.

The Allegations: The report claims Kim Seon Ho established a planning corporation in Jan 2024 using his home address. Suspected irregularities include paying “fictitious salaries” to his parents (which were returned to him) and expensing personal items, such as a luxury vehicle.

Agency Accountability: Legal experts are pointing fingers at his agency, Fantagio. Attorney Noh Jong Eon stated, “If Fantagio repeatedly applied this suspicious tax evasion structure… it constitutes evidence that strongly suggests intentionality.” If proven that the agency was an accomplice, they could face charges for professional breach of trust and violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act.

Current Status: Fantagio has denied malicious intent, stating the corporation has been non-operational for a year.
