BTS is officially set to release a new album in spring 2026, followed by their first world tour in nearly four years.

The news was revealed during a Weverse livestream, marking the first live appearance of all seven members—Jin, RM, V, Jimin, J-Hope, Jung Kook, and Suga since 2022.

The group shared that album production will begin in July and emphasized that the project will showcase each member’s creative input, reminiscent of their earlier work.

This will be BTS’s first full album since Proof (2022) and their last studio album BE (2020). The group also confirmed plans to start working on new music in the U.S. this month.

On July 2, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station announced it would not be forwarding Ju Haknyeon’s case to the prosecution, concluding there were no grounds to charge him with violating laws related to the arrangement of commercial sex acts.

This follows allegations made after his sudden departure from THE BOYZ on June 18. At the time, agency ONE HUNDRED cited “personal matters” that made it “impossible to maintain trust in him as an artist.” Soon after, reports surfaced accusing Ju Haknyeon of paying for sex with former Japanese AV actress Asuka Kirara.

Ju Haknyeon strongly denied the claims, admitting he had met Kirara but insisting nothing illegal occurred. A formal complaint was later filed on June 19 by a civilian demanding an investigation.

After review, police dismissed the case, stating that the complaint lacked substantial evidence and relied solely on unverified online reports.

Ju Haknyeon has since shared plans to take legal action against both the individual who filed the complaint and the media outlet that first published the allegations.

Krafton’s PUBG: Battlegrounds has joined forces with aespa for a bold, combat-inspired collaboration. As part of the crossover, aespa will drop a new single titled “Dark Arts” on July 15 KST.

The track delivers an intense rhythm and fierce guitar-driven sound, channeling a relentless drive for victory. A teaser video will be released on July 3 at 6 PM KST to build anticipation.

Following the single, fans can expect more exciting aespa x PUBG content to roll out soon. In the meantime, aespa will begin promotions for their latest release “Dirty Work” on music shows this weekend, starting with Mnet’s M! Countdown.

Shim Jaehyun, former member of the K-pop boy group F.ABLE, has passed away at the age of 23. The news of his passing was first shared on June 29 by acquaintances and later confirmed by fans and former colleagues online. Jaehyun had been privately battling leukemia in recent years. His illness was not publicly known, and many fans only learned of it after his death. Details regarding his diagnosis and treatment remain undisclosed, out of respect for his and his family’s privacy.

Born on April 7, 2002, Jaehyun debuted with F.ABLE in June 2020 under Haeirum Entertainment. As the youngest member, he served as the group’s vocalist and maknae, endearing himself to fans with his gentle demeanor and bright energy during promotions. Though F.ABLE remained relatively under the radar in the K-pop scene, those who followed the group often spoke of their close-knit bond and sincere dedication to their craft.

The group released several digital singles, including “Burn It Up” and “Run Run Run,” before going inactive around mid-2023. Three of the five members later re-debuted under a new project called ENPHAZE, suggesting that F.ABLE had disbanded without an official announcement. Jaehyun did not take part in the new activities, and little was known about his life post-F.ABLE.

Following the announcement of his passing, former member Hojun posted a heartfelt tribute on social media, expressing regret over their lost contact and thanking Jaehyun for the time they spent together.

Fans also shared their grief online, mourning not only the loss of a young life but the quiet way in which Jaehyun seemed to have faced his final years. As of now, no funeral details or memorial services have been made public. However, messages of condolence continue to circulate across fan communities, many of whom have revisited Jaehyun’s performances to honor his memory.
